Lexrui Takes Lead in Adopting New National Interconnection Standards, Solving Industry Fragmentation Pain Points

Following the official release of four national standards for smart home interconnection by China’s General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and Standardization Administration, Shenzhen Lexrui Smart Home Co., Ltd. announced that its entire line of INSPRID smart home devices has completed upgrades to comply with the new standards, becoming one of the first enterprises in the industry to achieve full compliance. The new standards, which will take effect on March 1, 2026, aim to unify cross-brand interconnection architectures and message parameters, ending the long-standing “information island” problem in the smart home industry.
Lexrui’s proactive adaptation to the new standards relies on its mature closed-loop product chain, which covers on-site devices, gateways, cloud services, and mobile apps. After the upgrade, INSPRID smart panels, sensors, controllers, and other devices can seamlessly connect with products from different brands that meet the national standards, eliminating compatibility barriers for users. For example, a user can control Lexrui’s smart lighting system and a third-party smart curtain through a single INSPRID app, realizing integrated scenario linkage without additional adapters.
To ensure the stability of interconnected functions, Lexrui’s R&D team has conducted rigorous testing on over 100 types of cross-brand devices, focusing on communication latency, data security, and scenario adaptability. The company has also optimized its cloud platform to support unified data encryption and access management, safeguarding user privacy while improving interconnection efficiency. “Standardization is the cornerstone of the smart home industry’s healthy development,” said a Lexrui senior manager. “By taking the lead in complying with national standards, we not only enhance user experience but also contribute to the industry’s standardized development.”
With the deepening of policies such as Shenzhen’s “Whole-House Intelligence Application Promotion and Industrial Development Action Plan (2026-2028)”, Lexrui’s standard-compliant products are expected to gain priority access to government procurement and engineering projects, further expanding its market share in the domestic smart home sector.
